Conference Satisfaction (Qualitative)

TMR was engaged to help a national association better understand the satisfaction of its conference attendees, gather feedback on test concepts, and provide strategic recommendations. TMR conducted background research and several focus groups strategically utilizing differing demographics in each group maximize the amount and quality of information gathered. Using the key findings in TMR’s report, the association successfully implemented several concepts at the very next conference aiding in overall attendee satisfaction.

Conference Satisfaction (Quantitative)

The association engaged TMR to help update and revive their post-conference satisfaction survey. TRM redesigned the survey using it’s “Tracking, Trending, Take Action!” concept, making it more streamlined and actionable. The new survey design will help the association to continue to track important metrics about their conference, but also to test and analyze new dynamics of the conference and better understand which aspects of the conference have more or less influence on the overall satisfaction of the attendee. 

Market Awareness Technology Survey & In-Depth Interviews (Quantitative and Qualitative)

Tasked with providing a clearer picture of the need for and awareness of a particular technology in the B2B market, Trailblazer Market Research started with a custom online survey distributed to a number of market influencers. The survey was followed up with fifteen 20-minute in-depth interviews in order to get a better understanding of the true awareness of the technology and the best ways to market to the target populations. We were able to identify groups that were using the technology, those that were unaware but had a need for it, and those that were unaware with little need. An additional key deliverable was providing the client with their customer’s view of the product’s capabilities and uses, so the client could provide additional literature and training to add to the strength of the product, as well as additional market opportunities.
